House packing faster than a speeding train...? ..well no, but we do make the following promise to you: if we receive your order for moving boxes BEFORE 4pm Monday to Friday, We GUARANTEE that your box order will be packed and despatched from our warehouse the SAME day. While we make every effort to ensure that your goods are delivered to you on the next working day, we DO NOT GUARANTEE this. However, 99% of our orders are delivered on the next working day and all our orders are delivered within 2 working days. Weekend orders will be packed and despatched on Mondays. Our standard NEXT DAY delivery charge is £5.99 regardless of the weight of your order. Orders over £35.00 are FREE DELIVERY . You can specify a Saturday Delivery as an option for an extra £15.00. We use FEDEX as our chosen delivery Company, because of their excellent delivery record. They will deliver moving boxes to your door on the next working day, Monday - Friday after we despatch (excluding weekends and Bank holidays). On receipt of your order we will email you a tracking number which will allow you to track your delivery. If you encounter any problems at all simply e-mail us and we will do all we can to sort them out for you. Ideally, customers should be at home to receive the boxes, but we realise that this is not always possible. So for your convenience, at the checkout page we have included space for you to enter details of where your boxes can safely be left in your absence. This can for example be with a neighbour, in the shed, garage etc. We can offer an optional upgrade to Saturday Delivery for only £15.00. Just tick any ONE of the Saturday upgrade boxes underneath the product descriptions.
