We despatch orders Monday – Friday. Orders received before 14.00hrs Monday – Friday will be picked, packed and dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders dispatched on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday (unless a Saturday delivery is specified at checkout).
Orders received after 14.00hrs Monday – Friday and at the weekends will be dispatched the next working day. Please Note: Although most of our parcels are delivered next working day, this is not a guaranteed service. However, all deliveries should be made within 3 working days.
Our standard next day delivery charge is £18.98 regardless of the weight of your order. To the UK Mainland. Postcodes designated as Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands by our carriers may take up to 3 working days to arrive and will incur a delivery surcharge. Please note: If you wish to have your goods delivered on a Saturday service, you must select this option at checkout. These services incur a £50.00 delivery charge. Saturday deliveries take place between 0800 & 1700hrs.
Do I Have To Be In To Sign For My Parcel? Ideally yes, but if you cannot be at the delivery address to receive your parcel we can attach instructions to your parcel for it to be left somewhere safe in the vicinity. Simply fill in the delivery instructions box at checkout. Please note, if you will not be in to sign for your delivery, the delivery driver requires a signed note to be left on/beside the door of your property. If you leave instructions for the parcel to be left, please ensure that the place specified is accessible for the delivery driver but is secure as parcels are left at your own risk.
How do I track my parcel? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our couriers with your consignment number and a link to their website so you can track your parcel.
