When you shop at Big Brown Box, we want you to have the peace of mind that you're getting the best value for money. In the unlikely event that you find the same house moving kit cheaper elsewhere online within 14 days of purchasing from us, we'll refund the difference to you.

The following conditions apply:

• The house moving kit must be publicly available for purchase on a UK based website that has a shopping facility and ability to take payment.
• The home moving kit must be "like for like" which means that the contents are brand new and the kit contains the same quantity and quality of items.
• The price comparison must include VAT and delivery costs to the UK. For clarity, Big Brown Box published prices include VAT.
• Due to their nature, auction websites like eBay and marketplaces like Amazon are excluded.
• Our price match guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any Big Brown Box or competitor discount codes, promotions or clearance offers.
• Typographical pricing errors will not be matched.
• We can only accept one price match request per item.
• This guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time.

To make a claim, simply email us at sales@bigbrownbox.co.uk with the following details:

• The product
• The retailer (including their web address)
• The price (including the cost of delivery)
• The best telephone number for us to reach you on

We’ll get back to you within 1 working day with a response to your claim, and if we find that the item is indeed cheaper and in stock elsewhere we’ll refund you the difference.
