If, for any reason whatsoever, any of the goods are unsuitable or do not meet your expectations, please let us know so we can sort this out for you.

Cooling Off Period
As per the Distance Selling Regulations, Big Brown Box offers a 14 working day ‘cooling off period’ whereby you have 14 working days, beginning the day after you receive the goods, to notify us of your intention to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded but if you are only returning part of the order, then we will not refund any of the delivery charge.
To cancel your order during the ‘cooling off period’ you must inform us by email of your intention to cancel the order within the 14 working day cancellation period. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the goods are faulty or have been delivered in error.

If you would like to return all, or part of your order, but have not notified us during the 14 working day cooling off period, returned goods will be exchanged or refunded so long as the goods are received by us unused and in a resaleable condition, no questions.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods outwith the cooling off period and any delivery charges will not be refunded unless the goods are were damaged when you received them or have been delivered in error.
