Bank holidays and weekends are not counted as delivery days unless you have specified a 'Saturday Upgrade' when ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders from outside the United kingdom. Any orders we receive before 3 pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day via Fedex and are normally delivered the NEXT DAY. Orders received after 3.50pm or during the weekend will be despatched during the next available working day (Monday - Friday). (Bank Holidays & weekends are not counted as delivery days unless you have specified the Saturday option) UNDELIVERED ITEMS: You will be advised by email of the expected delivery date for your order. If you have not informed us of a safe place for the carriers to leave your parcel, it will be returned to the depot. The carriers will not leave a parcel without instructions to do so. If, for whatever reason, a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we can either re-deliver for a further shipping charge equivalent to the original amount or we can, providing the goods reach us in a resaleable condition, issue a refund less the original cost of shipping.We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. RETURNS: If, when your goods arrive, they are not satisfactory or quite what you required, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods. If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded but if you are only returning part of the order, then we will not refund any of the delivery charge. We reserve the right not to accept returns that are in any way damaged or have been opened as these cannot be resold. Please note that there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the goods value for items that you have returned by choice. This is to enable us to re-package the items returned for resale. For items that have been cancelled after they have been despatched from our premises and need to be rcovered from the carriers a 20% restocking fee will be charged prior to any refund.
